SEELY – Vane H., late of Long Beach, Wn.; beloved husband of Clara Vincent Seely; father of Betty Holden, Tillamook; grandfather of John and Terrie Holden.  Mr. Seely was a retired member of Portland Police Dept.  Friends invited to funeral services Friday, 1:30 pm, Chapel of Miller & Tracey, SW 20th pl & Morrison.  Vault interment Willamette National Cemetery.
