Wyatt Sealy is enumerated in the 1850-1880 census records of Talbot and Taylor Counties in GA. He and his wife Mary Adeline Stearns are buried in the Stearns Family Cemetery in Talbot County, GA. A citation on the findagrave entry for Wyatt refers to “A Rockaway in Talbot, Vol. II by Wm. H. Davidson. Perhaps one of our readers has access to a copy of this book and can check it for more information on Wyatt’s family. Various online trees claims that Wyatt’s father was James Foster Sealy, that James wife was Elizabeth Nunn, daughter of Elijah Nunn and Frances Wyatt and that James was a son of Samuel Sealy and his wife Sarah. Samuel is a son of John Sealy and Jean Jaggers. Both John Sealy and his son Samuel served in the Revolutionary War. You can read a bit about
