71. Montraville Seeley b. 14 Feb 1805 resided in Fountain County, Indiana where his Hetfield cousins resided, m. 29 Oct 1826 in Fountain County, Indiana, Mary Ann Hecock. Enumerated in Richland Township, Fountain County in 1840 with one male under age five (b. 1836-40), one male of age thirty and under age forty (b. 1801-10), one female under age five (b. 1836-40), one female of age five and under age ten (b. 1831-35), one female of age ten and under age fifteen (b. 1826-30), and one female of age twenty and under age thirty (b. 1811-20). Montraville and Mary Ann were of Fountain County on 6 May 1841 when they conveyed (Chemung County, New York Deed 8:261) an undivided 1/3 part of two parcels of 2 acres and 4 acres in Chemung County, New York to Eseck Hecock, Jr. Both Montraville and Mary Ann signed by mark.

Aaron Jefferson Hetfield b. 16 July 1789 m. his cousin, Eunice Seeley daughter of Israel Seely and Milicent Strong and removed to Illinois, m. 6 Oct 1822 in Crawford County, Illinois, m(2) Isabella Heacock. Aaron was of Clark County, Illinois when issued a patent for 158.33 acres and 80 acres in Fountain County, Indiana on 10 Nov 1824. Enumerated Fountain County, Indiana in 1830. Aaron was deceased before 1840 when Isabella was enumerated in Richland Township, Fountain County.
This Aaron is SGS# 1684, a cousin of Montraville.
There are several Hecocks buried in Newtown Cemetery in Fountain County IN including Eseck W (d. 25 Mar 1859 age 38 yr, 6 mos., 3 days) and his wife Sarah (d. 11 Aug 1845 age 29 yr, 3 mos., 1 day).
