Lisa was born in 1977 to Joseph Seleno? Seeley, b. 18 Oct 1905, CA, and Nellie Lorraine Higgins. Joseph died shortly after Lisa was born, 1 November 1978, New York City. Lisa has two older siblings, Sean and Lola. Her parents never married, and the children are surnamed Williams (Nellie was the widow of a Mr Williams). Lisa has been told that Joseph’s mother was named Louise and that she moved from Panama to CA before he was born. Joseph and Nellie met in NY. At that time he had a son named Joseph. Lisa has also been told that Joseph had several other children, possibly a Marietta or Henrietta, and a brother named Con? It is also possible that Joseph was born in Panama. Lisa also says he was a mercenary.
