LONGS, S.C. — Wayne B. Sealey, 80, passed away April 9, 2015.
Mr. Sealey was born in Fairmont, N.C., a son of the late C.B. and Frances F. Sealey. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, playing golf, and traveling. He was also a devoted fan of baseball and racing. Mr. Sealey was a retired Chief Financial Officer with Ford Motor Company and was a member of Olyphic Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his son, Jeffrey Sealey, and a brother, Larry W. Sealey.
Survivors include his wife, Pansy J. Sealey of Longs; his son, Michael Sealey and his wife Robyn of Little River, two daughters, Janet Stevenson and Jennifer Sealey, both of Las Vegas, Nev., three sisters, Gail Fields and Iris Carter, both of Lumberton, N.C., and Violet Lewis and her husband Bobby of Fairmont, N.C.; and four grandchildren, Max Sealey, Alexandra Sealey, Stephanie Torrey and her husband Adam, and Dustin Rhodes.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Loris Chapel, the Rev. Rick Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Olyphic Baptist Church Cemetery, will be private. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
