Smith K. Bennett, Mrs. George B. Reynolds, Miss Mary Seeley of Middlebury and Mrs. Grant Boardman of Rutland.  Mr. Seeley was a descendant of the original Seeley family of Middlebury who have been residents in the town for more than 100 years.

The funeral was held at his late home at 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.  Rev. Dr. D.H. Corkran, pastor of the Methodist church, officiating at the house and grave.  Mrs. S.S.
