Roy Lee Seelye, 48, a truck driver, went to be with our Lord Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, in Paradise. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Chico Cemetery. Jason Ewing will officiate. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Roy was born Aug. 31, 1966, to Bob and Vernice Latham Seelye in Denison. He was united in marriage to Rena Randall on Dec. 16, 1995, in Fort Worth. Roy was a truck driver for Select Energy and other companies for more than 20 years. He was preceded in death by his son, Dustin Seelye; his grandparents, Leroy and Ozella Seelye; and his sister, Tina Kilgore. Survivors: Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 19 years, Rena Seelye of Paradise; his son, Cody Hixon of Fort Worth; his parents, Bob and Vernice of Chico; his brother, Ronny Seelye of Chico; other family members; and a host of friends.
