Robert D. Cilley, 75, of Venice, Fla., and East Wakefield, N.H., passed away May 1, 2008, in Venice.

Robert was born Jan. 6, 1933 in Manchester, N.H., the son of the late Milton H. and Lillian Lee Cilley. Robert graduated from Portsmouth High School in New Hampshire in 1951 and from Macintosh College in 1955. He served with the United States Army in Korea with the 564th Military Police Company (Sentry Dogs). He was a computer consultant designing and implementing computer systems.

Robert loved music, enjoyed playing golf and was a member of the Province Lake Country Club. He enjoyed remodeling homes, and he devoted 20 years of his life to taking care of his mother and in-laws.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Priscilla, son and daughter-in-law Gregory M. and Kathryn Cilley, and son Jeffrey D. Cilley, all of Rochester, N.H.; daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Daniel Beaudry of Pelham, N.H.; sister Barbara Ware of Goffstown, N.H.; five grandchildren, Kimberly Loven of Hopewell, Va., Jonathan Cilley, USCG, of San Francisco, Calif., Matthew Loven of Lebanon, N.H., Nathaniel Cilley of Rochester; Michelle Loven of Lebanon; and three nephews, Steven, David and James Wentworth. Robert will be greatly missed by all.

Services will be held later next week in Manchester.

WAKEFIELD — Robert D. Cilley, 75, also of Venice, Fla., died May 1, 2008, in Venice, Fla.

He was born Jan. 6, 1933, in Manchester, to Milton H. and Lillian Lee Cilley. He graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1951 and Macintosh College in 1955.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He was a computer consultant, designing and implementing computer systems.

SERVICES: Calling hours are Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home, 607Chestnut St., Manchester. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles J. Blauvelt will officiate. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
