Born June 25, 1944 in Rochester NH he was the son of the late Cleon and Phyllis Cilley
Ray has lived in Rochester all his life. He was employed at Prime Tanning until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting Duck decoys. He was an avid fan of the Red Sox, Patriots and NASCAR.
Members of his family include his wife, Patricia (Day) Cilley of Rochester, his daughters; Cindy Hodge and her husband Bob of Rochester and Karen Cilley and her partner Melisa of Lebanon Me, his brother, Kenny Cilley of Dover NH, a grandson, Cory Hodge of Medford MA.
