Aged Caruthers Woman Is Claimed By Death
Mrs. Rachel Seeley, 76, mother of Edgar E. Seeley of Caruthers, with whom she had made her home for the last seven years, died last night. She was a native of Illinois. A brother, James Romine, lives in Porterville and a sister in Oklahoma, where the body will be sent for interment after services have been held at the Lisle and Ross Chapel, the time to be announced later.

Aged Woman Dies At Home In Carathers
CARUTHERS (Fresno Co.), Oct. 2, – Mrs. Rachel Seeley, 76, died here to-day. Funeral will be held at the Baptist Church here Monday at 3 P.M. under the direction of Lisle and Ross of Fresno. The body will be sent to Jewell, Kan for interment.
Mrs. Seely was the mother of Edgar Seeley, and sister of James Ramine of Porterville. She was a native of Illinois.

Funeral Rites Conducted For Mrs. Rachel Seeley
Funeral services for Mrs. Rachel Seeley, 76, who died last Saturday at the home of her son Edgar E. Seeley, in Caruthers, were held today at the Baptist Church in Caruthers. Interment will be made in Jewell, Kansas, where the body will be sent by Lisle and Ross. Mrs. Seeley was the sister of James Romine of Porterville and Mrs. Mayett Porter of Oklahoma.
