Mr. Seeley was born in Drexel Hill to Henry and Dorothy (nee Broomall) Seeley and was a graduate of Ridley High School. Phil loved life, he enjoyed motorcycles and race cars.
Predeceased by brother Henry Seeley.
He is survived by his wife Linda A. (nee Friel) Seeley; children, Melissa (Jason) Powell, Philip W. Seeley, Jr. and Timothy Seeley; grandchildren, Kiersten, A.J., Logan, Katelynn, Matthew and Emily; parents, Henry and Dorothy Seeley; sister, Lynn Rose and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Monday 10:00 am at the Williams Lombardo Funeral Home 33 W. Baltimore Ave. Clifton Heights.
Funeral Service: Monday 12:00 pm at the Williams Lombardo Funeral Home.
Interment: Arlington Cemetery.
