Patricia Ann Seeley
Age 92, formerly of Eaton Rapids died Friday, July 17, 2020 at Delta Retirement Center in Lansing and is now reunited with her family that passed before her. Born September 14, 1927 in Cadillac, MI. Daughter of Harold L. and Loretta M. (Westfall) Burkholder. Pat graduated from Pentwater High School class of 1945. She worked 26 years for the Eaton Rapids Public Schools as the Head Baker. Patricia was a former member and Pianist for Child’s Bible Church, and the First Baptist Church both in Eaton Rapids. Proceeding her in death were her husband, Glen; son and wife, Michael and Rhea; grandson, Chad; sisters, Harriot, Roberta and Doris; brother, Harold.
Surviving are her children, John (Linda) Seeley of Huntington Beach, CA., Robert (Susan) Seeley of Newport News, VA., Sandra (Ruben) Mendoza of Lansing and Shirley (Randy) Vetter of Big Rapids; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; brother-in-law Jack Tomer of Portage and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family burial is scheduled at Oakwood Cemetery in Eaton Rapids. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Skinner Funeral Home, Eaton Rapids Chapel. Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to a charity of one’s choice.
