Survivors include three sons, Karl Seeley, Rapid City, S.D., Bud Seeley, Vancouver, Wash., and Jon Seeley, Spokane, Wash.; and two daughters, Thelma Seeley, Portland, Ore., and Mary Wasserburger, Ardmore, S.D.
Arrangements are pending with Behrens Mortuary of Rapid City.

Owen F. Seeley, 66, Rapid City and Menomonie, Wis., died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1993, at Menomonie.
He was born Dec. 27, 1926, at Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Owen and Dorcus (Parker) Seeley.
He married Elizabeth Jean Kamper Schoerer. She died in September 1983.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1972. He graduated from National College of Business in Rapid City with a business degree in 1976.
Owen was a member of the Rapid Valley Fire Department and the Douglas School Board. He was active in Boy Scouts, a former member of Faith Lutheran Church in Rapid City, and a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Rapid City.
Survivors include three sons, Bud Seeley, Vancouver, Wash., Karl Seeley, Rapid City, and Jon Seeley, Spokane, Wash., two daughters, Teddy Seeley, Portland, Ore., and Mary Wasserburger, Ardmore; 10 grandchildren and his fiancée, Charlene “Chuckie” Kohanak.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Behrens Mortuary in Rapid City and one hour prior to services Thursday at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Randall Koeller officiating. Burial will be in Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
The family suggests memorials to the National Cancer Society or Rapid Valley Fire Department.
