Norman Richard Seely, Sr.

Norman R. Seely Sr, of Mississippi died Feb. 22.

Services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens, Southhaven, Miss.

A retired supervisor for the Illinois Central railroad, Mr. Seely was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church, Hazel Crest.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen; son Norman Jr. of Mississippi; sister Ruth Davis of Centralia; brother Phillip of Homewood; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, Southhaven, Miss.

NORMAN RICHARD SEELY, 84, of Southaven, retired supervisor of operations for Illinois Central Railroad, died Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens in Southaven. Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven has charge. He was a member of Hillcrest Christian Church in Hazel Crest, Ill. Mr. Seely, the husband of Eileen Seely for 62 years, also leaves a son, Norman Seely Jr. of Southaven; a sister, Ruth Davis of Centralia, Ill.; a brother, Phillip Seely of Homewood, Ill., three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven.
