Mary “Ghada” Ziadeh-Seely
Mary Ziadeh-Seely, 58, passed away on the morning of April 29 at her home in Burr Ridge after a long battle with metastatic breast cancer. Known as Ghada to her friends and family, Mary was originally from the Birzeit, Palestine. She earned her Masters degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her PhD in Archaeology from Cambridge University. She was married to Mikell Seely. She had been a resident of Burr Ridge, Illinois for the past five years.
