Publication Martha Lucille Seeley-Lindberg, 83, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2006, at Sun Valley Lodge Nursing Home from natural causes. She was born July 26, 1922, in Dyersberg, Tennessee to Rosa and Berry Walker. She grew up and attended school in Dyersberg and became a nurse during the war years. She met and married her life partner, Harvey Seeley, in 1944. They were blessed with her proudest achievement, her son Chuck. Harvey and Lucy Bell moved extensively during their married life throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, Washington D.C., Oregon and finally retiring in Sun City, Arizona. During their years in Sun City, she enjoyed numerous hikes, hiking the Grand Canyon several times. She was the ultimate hiker, homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and birdwatcher. Harvey preceded her in death in 1993 and she never believed she would ever marry again until she met Will Lindberg. She truly cherished the last six years being his wife. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Her parents, sisters: Hazel and Ruth; brother, Jerry; and husband, Harvey preceded her in death. Surviving her are her husband, Willard Lindberg of Sun City, Arizona; her son, Charles and wife Jeanne, Missoula, Montana; three grandchildren: Christina and husband, Craig, of Bozeman, Montana; Ladd and Brent of Missoula, Montana; three great grandchildren: Ella, Ashlynn, and Cambelle of Bozeman, Montana; and her sister, Doris Barz. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church, 12225 N. 103rd Avenue, Sun City, Arizona. Martha, Mom, Grandma – We love you forever. Donations in her name may be made to Sun Health Hospice, P.O. Box 2015, Sun City, Arizona 85372. Arrangements entrusted to Menke Funeral Home.
