Seelye, LeRoy – Dec 12, 1913 – Dec 25, 1999 Graveside service for Le Roy Seelye, 86, of Chico, was Dec. 27, at the Chico Cemetery. The Rev. Jason Ewing presided. Seelye died Dec. 25, 1999, in Bridgeport. He was born Dec. 12, 1913, in Ennis. He lived in Ennis until 1937. On Jan 6, 1935, he married the former Ozella Talley. He owned Seelye Dry Cleaners in Denison. He managed mini-warehouses from 1979 until 1989 and Public Storage in Plano from 1996 until 1998. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Chico and the International Order of Odd Fellows. Seelye is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ozella, of Chico; a son, Bob Seelye of Chico; a brother, George Seelye Jr. of Waco; two grandsons, Ronny Seelye and Roy Lee Seelye, both of Chico; four great-grand- children; and numerous nieces and nephews.
