Mrs. Leah Seeley of Toledo Dies

Toledo, Ill. – Mrs. Leah Belle Seeley, 76, died about eight o’clock Sunday morning in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Homer Phelps, in Toledo.  She had been ill for several months.

Funeral services will be held in the Toledo Christian church Wednesday afternoon at two o’clock, Rev. Chester Groves officiating.  Burial will be in Toledo Memorial cemetery.

Mrs. Seeley was born in Toledo, Jan. 17, 1874, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Staley.  She was married to Henry Seeley of Toledo.  He died in 1905.

She is survived by two sons, Dan and Jake, of Toledo; another daughter, Mrs. Inez Bader of Freemont, Neb.; 29 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Seeley is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Mae Cloud, of Toledo.
