Julie Ann Seeley
Julie Ann Seeley, 71, of Red Wing, died on Thursday, November 3, 2016. She was born in Red Wing on July 29, 1945 to Milo and Mary Gratia (Dunn) Munsen. She grew up and attended school in Red Wing. After high school, she worked for Durkee Attwood. She also owned and operated her own taxi company serving the Red Wing area. She married Lowell Mandelkow on October 10, 1964. They later divorced. On June 6, 1990 she was united in marriage to Dick Seeley. She enjoyed genealogy, reading about history, and also going to Randy’s Restaurant for coffee with her friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Christy (Randy) Nadeau of Red Wing; one son, Shane Munsen of Red Wing; grandchildren, Michael Holden of Red Wing, Mitchell Holden of Red Wing, Megan Nadeau of Red Wing, and Michelle Wyatt of Red Wing; two great grandchildren and one sister, Mary Jane Mandelkow of Vasa. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Seeley and two brothers, John and James Munsen.
Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at United Lutheran Church with Reverend Justin Boeding officiating. Burial will be at the Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association of MN.
