Jule A. Seeley

Jule A. Seeley, 16 Grove St., Carbondale, died Saturday evening at Mercy Hospital following an illness.  She was the wife of Raymond Seeley.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Gerald and Pearl Ritter O’Horo, she was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale, and its Women’s Guild.  She was a volunteer worker for the Carbondale-Forest City Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Also surviving are two daughters, Carol Brennan, Heart Lake, Jermyn RD; and Jane Davis, Carbondale; a son, John, Jermyn; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Davies.

The funeral will be Wednesday from the Brennan and Brennan Funeral Home Inc., 55 Lincoln Ave., Carbondale, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale.  Entombment, Our Mother of Sorrows Mausoleum, Finch Hill.

Friends may call Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
