Joseph Seeley, Aged 91, Dead
Death of Joseph Seeley, 91 years, occurred in a Regina hospital on Monday night. Mr. Seeley was born in Ontario and moved west to farm 14 miles southwest of Regina in 1900, living on the farm until five years ago when he moved to Regina to reside with a daughter, Mrs. Ben Gordon, 1400 Rae street. Predeceased by his wife at Grand Coulee in December, 1928, Mr. Seeley is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Gordon, Mrs. A. Campbell, of Duval, Sask., and Mrs. H.E. Holden, Winnipeg, and a son, Peter, of 2064 McIntyre street, Regina. It is expected services, conducted by Rev. Harry Joyce and Dr. A.J. Tufts, will be held at St. Andrew’s United church at 2 p.m. Thursday with burial in Regina cemetery.
