Joseph D. Seeley

SEELEY – Joseph D. on Sunday, July 7, 1991, age 76 years.  Predeceased by his parents; and brother, Currie.  Joe is survived by his wife, Edna; son, Patrick (Maxine); grandchildren: Derek and Christopher; brother, Hugh A. (Josephine); and sister-in-law, Linda.  Joe served in The Regina Rifle Regiment during World War II from June 1940 to September 19, 1945.  Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 1991, at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with the Rev. J. Oglesby officiating.  Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.  Flowers most gratefully declined.  Donations may be made to the Grand Coulee United Church Building Fund, or to the charity of your choice.

Thank-you to our family, friends and neighbours for the many expressions of sympathy in the form of flowers, donations, cards and gifts of food.  Special thanks to Rev. Jack Oglesby for his held in this difficult time.  Thanks to the Royal Regina Rifles for their attendance as a group and as pallbearers and the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary for the lovely lunch.
