Age 40 of 240 Segar Rd., Horseheads, N.Y., October 29, 1981. At Dick’s request there will be no calling hours. Private Mass of Christian Burial and Committal Services will be held at St. Charles Church, Elmira Heights, N.Y., Father Joseph Gaynor, Celebrant. Arrangements by Kalec Funeral Home. The family will provide their own flowers. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Survived by wife, Lynda Kliegel; sons, Jeffrey D., Joseph W., John E.; daughter Lisa L.; all at home; brothers, Louis and Floyd of Horseheads, William of Dansville, N.Y.; sisters, Mrs. John (Marie) Shay of Alpine, N.Y. Dick was the retired manager of Beneficial Finance of N.Y. Inc. in Elmira and a member the Horseheads Elks. Dick was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Floyd Seeley of Elmira Heights.
