JOE ALLYN SEALY, 74, died peacefully at home Sunday, February 1, 2009 in Rosehill, Texas surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Gayle Powers Sealy. Joe was born in Groesbeck, Texas and moved to the Houston area and later to Tomball in his teens. While attending Cy-Fair High School, Joe qualified for the National High School Finals Rodeo as a steer wrestler. He served in a MASH unit in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Joe spent the majority of his life in cattle business. He also was the owner of Joes Quik Stop in Rosehill. He will be dearly missed by his family and many, many friends he made along the way. He is survived by his daughters; Donya Sealy Williams and husband Mark and Dana Sealy, son; Brad Sealy, sister; Patsy Nichols, grandchildren; Cooper Allyn and Alana and longtime friend and partner in J&J Cattle; Jean Wailes. Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Klein Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM, Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Rosehill United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Klein Memorial Park, Pinehurst, Texas. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rosehill Social Club.
