Jeffrey Scott Cilley, 41, of Mooresville, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. He was born on August 14, 1974 in Laconia, NH, to Chester Cilley and Gracie Sylvain Cilley. Jeff attended The Bridge Church of Nazarene in Mooresville. Jeff was a former Kiwanian and a coach with the Mooresville Recreation Department. He also was an All Pro Dad with South Elementary School and EMIS. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Kellie Carpenter Cilley; children, Marissa and Gavin Cilley; brother, Jon Cilley; sister, Linda Isabelle; brother, Thomas Boissonneault; and father and mother-in-law, John and Judith Carpenter. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 8 from 4:00-6:00 PM with a Celebration of Life following at 6:00 PM at Heritage House of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home with Rev. Tom McCrea officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a fund to benefit Jeff’s children, Marissa and Gavin Cilley, c/o Fifth Third Bank, 329 N. Main St, Mooresville, NC 28115. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, is serving the Cilley family.
