Was born on December 13, 1975 to Dennis and Donna Seley in Sacramento, California. He attended St. Michaels Episcopal School, Rio Americano High School, The University of California at Davis and Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland Oregon before returning to practice law at Porter, Scott, Weiberg, Delehant in Sacramento. His passions were limitless from coaching basketball (at St. Michaels Episcopal School, Christian Brothers, Rio Americano) to calling sports talk radio, to politics and literature, his dogs, his truck, his friends, his local hangouts and favorite bands, the 49ers, history, Jeff soaked up life. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, his huge laugh and mind and sense of humor and generosity of spirit, but most of all, for his huge, huge heart. Jeff is survived by his parents Donna Seley and Dennis (Nancy) Seley, his sisters Melissa and Jennifer Seley, his brother, in spirit, Kelly Gilmore, his grandparents Ben and Mildred Williamson, his grandmother Doris Seley Foss, his Aunt Paula Erwin, his Uncle and Aunt Wes and Naomi Williamson, his Uncles Steve and Jim Seley, his Aunt Patricia Seley and his girlfriend Missy Monreal. He is preceded in death by his Grandpa, Gerald Seley of Ketchikan, Alaska. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 2pm in the gym at Rio Americano High School with a reception following at St,. Michaels Episcopal School. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to: The Special Olympics.
