James (Jim) Robert Seele II
LAKESIDE MARBLEHEAD: James (Jim) Robert Seele II, 69, of Lakeside, Marblehead, OH, formerly of Fremont, died on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, OH.
He was born on May 27, 1942 in Tiffin, OH to Robert (Bob) and Mildred (Kraft) Seele. Jim was a graduate of Fremont Ross High School where he was a member of the football and basketball teams. In 1966 he married Sandra Thornton in Monroe, MI and she survives. He was a truck driver for a number of years retiring 1999. Jim was a member of the Skiff Craft Owners Association and he enjoyed boating. Jim was a train enthusiast, he enjoyed racing and he loved his dogs.
Also surviving are children, Marsha (Todd) Heilman of Florida, OH, James “Jim” (Becky) Seele III of Fremont and Rich (Jessie) Seele of Fremont; brother, Tom Seele of Findlay; four grandchildren, Wyatt, Samantha, Sabrina & Muranda.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Officiants will be Ruben Rendon & Roger Inks.
