Mr. Seele will lie-in-state on Tuesday beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Campanella-Evans Mortuary in Wamego where the family will greet friends from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. They suggest memorial contributions to the Immanuel Faith Community Church which may be sent in care of the mortuary.
