Hugh Seelye
Hugh Seelye, 63 of 701 North Market Street, Selinsgrove, died yesterday morning in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was the husband of the former Margaret Griffith of Edwardsville.
Mr. Seelye was born October 27, 1903, in Jackson Summit and was graduated from Mansfield State College, Meekers Business College, Elmira, N.Y., and did graduate work in business administration at Susquehanna University. He was executive director of Lower Susquehanna Branch of Pennsylvania Association of the Blind.
Surviving besides his wife are a son, H. Ned, Guatemala City, Guatemala; daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Catalano, Williamstown; sister, Mrs. Hazel Baker, California; four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 at the funeral home, 34 Church Street, Edwardsville. Elder William Gross of Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, Selinsgrove, will officiate. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery.
There will be no viewing.
