Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Seeley, 50, of 111 Second Street, Brandon, will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at the Stower Chapel with Reverend Claude Galloway officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Enon. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Elwood Seeley, U.S.A.R. Ret., Brandon; mother, Mrs. Eugenia Blanton, Thonotosassa; son, Chester L. Stevens, Leesburg; daughter, Mrs. Beverly Murrell, Hampton, Va.; three brothers, Dorace Blanton, Thonotasassa, Herbert Blanton, Plant City, Dalton Blanton Jr.; Thonotasassa; four sisters, Mrs. Golu Thomas, Boaz, Ala., Mrs. Veda Wolbrandt, Blooningdale, Mrs. Betty Schumacher, Plant City, Mrs. Jeanie Trimble, Dover. Casketbearers are Norman Blanton, Lanson Blanton, Rodney Blanton, Bobby Blanton, Darryl Schumacher, and Al Smith. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this afternoon from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Arrangements by Stowers Funeral Home.
