SELMA – Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM tomorrow in the J.L. Robinson Chapel for Edgar E. Seeley, 88, who died Tuesday in a Fresno hospital following a short illness.
He was born in Jewell City, Kan., and had lived in Selma, since 1919. He was employed by the Consolidated Irrigation District until he retired in 1947. He moved to Fresno in 1952.
He was active in the First Christian Church in Selma.
He wife, the former Sadie Morris, died in 1962.
He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Fern Nichols of San Jose, Mrs. Faye Mosier of Fresno, and Mrs. Maxine Smith of Visalia; his sons, Kenneth D. and Charles Seeley of Fresno; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Floral Memorial Park.
