Full of energy, enthusiastic, and known for her great love for tennis, Carol was a devoted mother and leaves behind her son Scott (48) who resides in Stuttgart Germany, and her daughter Kristen (46) who lives in Sacramento. Carol was married to former Sutter County Administrator Larry D. Cilley.
Funeral arrangements are set for 11 am Wednesday, June 26th at Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City, 530-673-9542.
