NEWCASTLE – Services for Carlton E. Seeley, 71, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the McColley Funeral Home Chapel.
Bryan Clark will officiate, with burial to be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Seeley died Wednesday at the Weston Manor Nursing Home in Newcastle.
He was born on Oct. 22, 1904 in Afton, Iowa, and moved to the Moorcroft area at an early age where he was reared and attended school.
On Oct. 26, 1926, he married Alma McEntire at Casper. The couple lived in various areas of Wyoming including Moorcroft, Midwest and Sundance. For the past 20 years Seely had lived in Newcastle.
Survivors are three sons, Keith and Carlie, both of Newcastle, and Tom of Casper; three daughters, Bertha Billings and Elizabeth Case, both of Newcastle, and Mary Thoe of Rozet. He is also survived by one sister, Adeline Forsha of Gillette; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by two brothers and one sister.
