Montour Falls, NY: Age 89, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Armin H. Cilley of Montour Falls; son, Bud & Barb Cilley; daughters, Chris & Chuck Miller, Patty & Frank McMahon of Florida, Mary Mathews-Lew Hendshaw of Montour Falls, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Betty went to be with her two granddaughters, Tina & DeDe and her parents Hiam & Lena Yaw; son, Dale Eugene Cilley. It was her request there be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Olthof Funeral Home, Inc.
