WEYMOUTH – Anna F. (Dyson) Sweeney-Seely, 84, of Weymouth, a former sales clerk, died Saturday at South Shore Hospital.

Mrs. Sweeney-Seely was born and educated in Weymouth. She lived in Greensburg, Pa., for 16 years before moving back to Weymouth.

She was a sales clerk at Jordan Marsh, retiring in 1985. She enjoyed playing golf and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Wife of the late Thomas Sweeney and the late Albert Seely, she is survived by six daughters, Beverly Pultz of Greensburg, Kathleen Garcia of Ventura, Calif., and Patricia Sweeney, MaryAlice Tessier, Elaine Bennett and Janet Walsh, all of Weymouth; a son, Thomas “Mike” Sweeney of Greensburg; a sister, Frances Desmond of Weymouth; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Wednesday in St. Albert the Great Church, 1130 Washington St. Burial will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth.

Visiting is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the McDonald Funeral Home, 3 Charles St., Weymouth.
