Only the immediate relatives and a few intimate friends witnessed the marriage of Miss Madge Seely and William E. Wright, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wright of Union, which was solemnized Friday night, Nov. 14, at the home of the bridegroom’s parents.

The Rev. R.C. Galbreath performed the ceremony, which took place before a bank of palms and potted plants from which was suspended a large wedding bell.

Miss Lois Saylor played the wedding music, which included the “Bridal Chorus” from “Lohengrin” as a processional.

The bride was gowned in white and she carried a bouquet of bridal roses. Both her attendants, Miss Helen Seely, as maid of honor, and Miss Ethel Seely, as bridesmaid, wore white gowns and carried arm bouquets of pink roses. Charles Wright, a brother of the bridegroom, was the best man.

After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served to the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Charles Monell, Miss Grace Monell, Tracy Monell, Miss Myrl Monell, Miss Nita Monell, of this city; the Rev. Mr. and Mrs. Galbreath, Miss Lois Saylor, Mr. and Mrs. Orbery Kipp, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wright and daughter Vera, Miss Amy White, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wright and Miss Leona M. Wright.
