The marriage of Miss Joyce Beatrice Seely, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Seely, to Mr. Richard J. Carstensen, was solemnized on Wednesday, June 15th, at the home of the bride’s parents, 513 Peosta avenue.  Rev. David J. Donnan, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, officiating in the presence of relatives and friends.
The bride was prettily gowned in blue georgette with garniture of ecru lace, and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses.

Miss Frances Seely, the bride’s sister, was her attendant, she was gowned in pink crepe and ecru lace.

The living room was decorated in white lilacs, here the wedding vows were spoken.

The dining room was decorated in purple lilacs.  A buffet luncheon was served following the ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Carstensen have gone to the Yellowstone Park on their wedding trip.  Mr. Carstensen is employed at the Union Bank and Trust.
