ENGAGEMENT – William C. Lane of Jacksonville, Fla. Announces the engagement and forthcoming marriage of his daughter, Janice, to F 1/c Fred E. Seeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Seeley of Ripley.
Miss Lane was a graduate from the Andrew Jackson High school in Jacksonville and attended Jacksonville Jr. college where she was a member of the Sans Soneay Sorority.
Mr. Seeley attended Ripley Central school and is at present with the navy in Green Cove Springs, Fla. He graduated from the Navy Electrician School at Great Lakes training school last August. The wedding is to be October 16 in Quitman, Ga., at the Baptist church.
