A very pretty home wedding took place at the Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Raddle home Thursday afternoon, January 30, 1908 at 3:30 o’clock, when Miss Eleanor Seely and Arthur Harkness were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. Rev. F.C. Gonzales, in the presence of a few invited relatives and friends, pronounced the words that made these young people husband and wife. The groom is a son of Mrs. F.J. Raddle. He has grown to manhood here, is possessed of the sterling qualities that go to make an upright man and will make a bountiful provider for the one he has chosen for a life companion. The bride is a niece of J.S. and E.F. Mitterer. She came here some time ago on a visit and has since resided with them. She is an excellent young lady, highly spoken of by one and all and one who will make a loving and dutiful helpmate for the one who has selected her as a life companion. The newly married couple will leave this week for a visit with relatives and friends in Hardin county, after which they will make their home with Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Raddle on the home farm. The Tribune joins with their many friends in extending congratulations.
