The Florence, Colorado, Oil Refiner, 13th inst., says: Chip G. Seelye and Miss Maggie E. Weaver were married in Canon City on Sunday. Mr. Seelye is manager of the telephone exchange for Canon City., Florence and the coal camps and Miss Weaver has been his assistant. The Canon City Record says This was a private wedding, none being present but the parents of the bride. The bride is a daughter of Major W.H. Weaver and has been an assistant at the telephone office since it was first started here. – Chip Seelye was for five years in the employ of the Bell Telephone Co. in Saint John, N.B.
