Bertha Seely to Be Bride of Eugene Hunt

Tuesday evening at 7:30 o’clock, Miss Bertha F. Seely and Mr. Eugene C. Hunt will be united in marriage at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Seely 411 West Second avenue. In the presence of 130 guests, Rev. T.L. Lowe, pastor of Fourth Avenue Church of Christ, officiating.

Mr. Joseph Seely of Detroit, brother of the bride, will be best man; the bride’s sister, Mrs. Charles Marsino (Virginia Seely), will be matron of honor, and Charles Marsino, jr., nephew of the bride, will be ringbearer.

A blue crepe frock in a medium shade made with accordion plaited flaring around the uneven hemline, and with a girdle finished with a bow in front and fastened with a rhinestone buckle, will be worn by the bride. Mrs. Marsino will wear a powder blue georgette dress not unlike that of the bride. The ringbearer, who is only two years old, will wear a white satin-suit, white silk stockings and black patent leather slippers. He will carry the ring on a white satin pillow.

The nuptial altar in the parlor will be formed of palms, flowers and candles. A reception will follow the ceremony.

Mr. Hunt and his bride will motor East on their wedding trip and on their return they will reside at 1211 ½ Neil avenue. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Hunt of Coventry road, Upper Arlington.
