Funeral rites will be held Saturday for Mrs. Tura Parker, 88, Dimock, who died Wednesday after an illness.
Mrs. Parker was born at Lynn, Wyoming County, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Green Seely. She was a member of Fairdale Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Bryce, Montrose RD 2; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Claude, Montrose RD2, and a sister, Mrs. Della Steiger, Montrose.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. from a funeral home, 74 Church St., Montrose. Rev. Carl Brandon, former pastor of Fairdale Church, will officiate. Interment, Montrose Cemetery. Friends may call today 7 to 9 p.m.
