Born May 30, 1889 in Osceola, she was the daughter of Frank and Marie Phelps Seely.
She was a housewife.
She is survived by son Robert of St. Petersburg, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are being handled by the Kenyon Funeral Home, Elkland.
