Norma L. James, 87, Liberty, MO passed away October 8, 2016. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, October 13 at Church- Archer-Pasley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, Oct. 14 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Chapel. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital, Alzheimers Association or Macular Degeneration Research. Norma was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and ABWA. She retired from the Village of Claycomo. Norma was preceded in death by husband, Marvin F. James, Sr. Survivors include daughter, Brenda (Bruce) Stevenson; son Marvin F. (Joan) James, Jr; brother Harvey (Suzi) Seely, Jr.; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. Arr: Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 E.
