| Laurietta M. Walker, 89, a resident of State Route 104 in Martville, died Monday at Seneca Hill Manor in the town of Volney.
Mrs. Walker was born in Oswego County, the daughter of the late Lucien and Ada (Finch) Seeley. She was a life resident of the area, and a member of AARP. She is survived by five daughters, Laurietta Falise of Delaware, Juanita Carroll of Fulton, Rena Geer of Ohio, Kathy Powell of California, and Lucille Leavens of Oswego; four sons, James Mellon, Jr. of Oswego, Michael Mellon of Fulton, Lucian Mellon of Martville, and Peter Mellon of Martville; a brother, Francis Seeley of Texas; a sister, Helen Naracon of Oswego; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her two husbands, James Mellon and Homer Walker; and a daughter, Bernice Huggins. At her request, there will be no calling hours or services.
