Joyce Seely Jackson
Joyce Seely Jackson passed away, peacefully, in her sleep, on Monday, August 7th, 2016. She was born on June 21, 1934, in Provo, Utah, to Alonzo L. Seely and Maud Payne Seely.
She married the love of her life, Alton Dale Jackson, May 25th, 1957 and was later sealed, in the Manti Utah temple. She retired as a registrar, at Mountain View Hospital, in the emergency room department. She loved flowers, gardening, making crafts, and decorating. She was a talented artist and a highly intelligent woman. She had an accurate, detailed answer for every question. She was the embodiment of patience and love.
She loved and adored her family, especially her grandchildren, and was an important part of each of their childhoods.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, JoAnn Seely, daughter Linda Rae Caras, and two grandchildren, Amanda Morris Graves and Kent Blake Jackson. She is survived by two brothers, Grant and Richard Seely, by five of her children, Susan Jackson of Spanish Fork, Utah, Christine Morris (Kelly) of Syracuse, Utah, Cindy Jackson, Patricia Cone (Eric), and Mark Jackson, all of Spanish Fork, Utah, son-in-law, Gerald Caras, twelve grandchildren, and thirty-one great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah.
