Joan Seeley “Mima” Goodwin
“Mima” 87, longtime resident of Clearwater, passed away August 6, 2017. Born June 18, 1930 in Brooklyn NY, she came here in 1948 with her late husband, Roy. Joan was a member of Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church. She loved gardening, embroidery, and cooking. In her younger years, she also enjoyed golf, traveling, and going to movies and plays with friends. She is survived by two sons, Scott, Gregg and wife, Shari; four grandchildren, Jeff, Tim, Kevin, and Jenny; and two great-grandchildren, Jowell and Marcelo. Memorial to be held at Moss Feaster, Clearwater, Saturday, August 12, at 11 am. Viewing to be held Friday, August 11, 6-8 pm.
