Word has been received here of the death of Grace E. Martin, 69, of Madison. She died at 10:25 a.m. Sunday, April 7, 1996, in Madison.
She was an operator for Indiana Telephone Corp, for 12 years and was a member of Zoar United Methodist Church.
Funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Vail-Holt Madison Funeral Home. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Martin was born in Bushton, Ill., Aug. 7, 1926, the daughter of Robert Harrison and Lula Hobbs Seeley. She was the widow of James A. Martin, who preceded her in death in 1993.
She is survived by daughters, Deanna M. Shelley and Sonjia Stoner, both of Madison; a sister, Lura Beach of Seymour; brothers, Raymond and Elmer Seeley, both of Columbus, Wayne Seeley of Charleston, Ill, and George Seely of Lebanon, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by brothers Gaylon and Roy Seeley.
