Gladys A. Baumann

Gladys A. Baumann, 100, of Hendersonville, passed away Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, in The Laurels of Hendersonville.

She was the daughter of the late Claude Seeley and Bertha Jacobs Seeley and wife of Walter F. Baumann who passed away in 1997.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie “Key” Sheids, a grandson, Allen White and four sisters, Eloise Blanchard, Carrie Haskin, Lucy Seeley and Elsie Mae Seeley.

She was a homemaker and member of Kingdom Hall North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by her son, Louis G. Michael and his wife, Gloria, of Maiden; daughter, Katherine Baumann White and her husband, Robert, of Hendersonville; two brothers, Claude John Seeley of Fall River, Mass., and Clifford Seeley of Ithaca, N.Y.; sister, Agnes Stark of Cortland, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren, Louis, James, Allen, Cathy, Alane, Bobbi Lynne, Rosemary, Rodney, Karen, Billy, JoEllen, Judy and Janice; and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall North Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fletcher with Mark Kilpatrick officiating.

Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
