Otts, Flora Marie – November 24, 2014 – Columbus, MS Flora Marie Otts, age 92, died Monday, November 24, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Columbus. Services will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Center Hill Baptist Church in Hamilton, MS, with Rev. Steve Blalock officiating, burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Mrs. Otts was born on Wednesday, October 25, 1922 in Hamilton, MS to the late Walter and Annie Mae Seely. She was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Columbus and a homemaker. She was born and raised in Hamilton, then lived in Columbus for 50 years, after her marriage to the late Troy Otts. She was an avid gardener and was especially proud of her roses. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Survivors include: Two Sisters: Five Grandchildren: 7 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren The Pallbearers will be: Mrs. Otts’ family would like to thank the staff of Aurora Nursing & Rehab, and Baptist Memorial Hospital for the care given to her, and the concern shown to her family.
